The First Post - Sick of the Race Card

First - The point of this blog will be to give the marginalized and anonymous conservative citizen a voice. Whether or not anyone, anywhere ever reads this words only time can tell but for now, I am sick to the point of sleeplessness at the direction our country is heading and the rapidity with which our leaders are abandoning our founding principles and ignoring our constitution. So that is that.

I will focus on whatever issues seem to scream at me with a need to be spoked about in a voice that is not liberal, lazy, dishonest, greedy or self-serving.

Today's topic is the Race Card.

Our leaders need to get it through their heads that any time someone disagrees with you, it doesn't make it racism. The Obama as the Joker socialist posters are being slapped with a racist label. Some sources such as this Washington Post article claim that the "inner city" artistry to it reflects a deeper fear that white people have of Obama.

Seriously?

What if we just fundamentally disagree with the guy and believe that he is an agent of chaos like the character he is made to represent that WILL lead this country on a path to socialism? Why can't you understand that disagreeing with the man does not mean that we are racists?

To take this a step further I was at the gym the other day and an african american man walked away from the water fountain in front of me. The thought crossed my mind that 50 years he would not have even been allowed in the room with me, much less been allowed to drink the same water. THAT is dealing with racism. Being disagreed with is not. GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEADS.

It seems that every day there is something done by a member of our government that is supposed to be for the people that makes me want to scream - which is a very big deal because I am an extremely calm and mellow person. Each time I see something that brings that feeling upon me I will write about it, time allowing. I have a feeling I will be doing this quite a bit in the coming days.
